About a book
Shadows of the Mind: The Psychology of Hidden Control is an introspective yet powerful book about the silent psychological games we all participate in often unnoticed, but deeply felt. Across eight carefully crafted chapters, the reader is guided through the understanding of inner power and self-discipline, emotional framing in relationships, decoding body language, and uncovering the illusion of choice and the subtle mechanics of everyday influence. This book doesn’t end with answers it ends with transformation, inviting the reader to build an inner system of resistance to external pressure and move through life no longer needing to prove their power because they’ve already reclaimed it from within.

Ever since I discovered my grandparents Agatha Christie books at the age of 8-9 I've been a British murder mystery fan. Sadly I lost my entire Christie collection (all 80 books & plays) so it was nice to read these and relieve a more innocent time in my life

My favorite fiction author. Great start for mystery fiction readers!

Quite a complicated mystery, as usual with Agatha Christie.
For a first book, it's already well formed in most ways including the style and weapons used by Agatha Christie in her works. There's a slight whiff of the duo - Poirot and Hastings - being a takeoff, but the characters are so different from those of Holmes and his companion.
